Summary

A BigVisible Certified Scrum Trainer can provide both certification and non-certification classes. Classes run from 1-3 days and range from foundational-level classes to topical or role-specific classes. Custom training classes or programs can also be created to meet specific team, program or organizational needs. For organizations needing to train an entire team or with special needs, these can be an ideal solution. BigVisible offers personalized onsite corporate training. Classes may consist of material from any public courses we offer as well as specialized content for specific topics such as scaling Agile, enterprise-wide Agile architecture, and running Agile teams with distributed teams.

Benefits of Onsite Training
  • Reduced Costs: For 15 people, the price per seat is 33% less than purchasing those seats for open enrollment classes
  • Flexibility: Course content for onsite training programs can be tailored to the specific needs of your organization. This also allows you to pick the best date for our team, eliminating the dependency on a public training calendar.
  • Team Building: Agile Software Development requires close team collaboration and cooperation. As such, teams that go through training together have a significant advantage.
  • Focus: A major component of every training class are the impromptu discussions occurring between participants and the instructor. Having a class consisting entirely of people working on the same project focuses these discussions on their immediate challenge and provides a higher level of focus on their specific situation.
